Swedish massage

and adhesions caused by injury or trauma.
Sports massage
Technique

Myofascial release
A group of manual techniques that provide
sustained pressure into myofascial
restrictions. Helps eliminate pain and restore motion.
Pregnancy massage
Adaptive massage having the mother-to-be lay on her side, positioned
with pillows
for comfort. Done only within the second and third trimester. Using mild
Swedish massage,
this will help keep mom relaxed and healthy during her pregnancy.
Hot stone massage
Therapeutic massage using hot stones and
oils to warm the tissues.
Just as effective and relaxing as massage done with the hands.
Neuromuscular massage
Method used to free the body in order to
move, stand, and function naturally.
Uses principles such as biomechanics and
trigger point therapy.
